London-based collective KINGS OF THE CITY (yeah, that’s all caps) could only really hail from the Big Smoke. Fusing elements of rock ‘n’ roll, blues, hip hop and grime to create a sound that is both accomplished and crucially relevant.
With shows at legendary London venues such as Jazz Cafe and Cargo, plus airplay on the likes of BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, already under the belt, it’s only a matter of time before they’ll be taking their live show somewhere near you.
Their latest video for the track “Please Tell Me” acts as a perfect calling card for what the band does so well.
