“The UK’s most exciting dance music festival” returns for its second year and they’ve finally revealed their first headliners. It’s going on longer, it’s got more capacity, its in an enchanted woodland and Safari Spas – what more do ya bloody want?
The chosen players and beatsmith’s so far is a cracking mix of international young bucks and elder statesman of the dance scene.
Nobody can deny the influence of DJ Grandmaster Flash – Hip-Hop innovator, scratching pioneer and crowd-rocking connoisseur. A genuine godfather of DJ culture who still brings it hard on his live performances. Then something slightly special – in an English festival exclusive there’ll be DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina BACK-TO-BACK! Their Zoo Festival appearance forms part of their worldwide tour and is an opportunity to see three revered Dons of the House world coming together. Ahem.
Also lighting up the forest this year are UK downtempo electronic genius Bonobo, the *Sincerely loved UK Garage mukka MJ Cole (see what I did there?) and an Ark load more (God, I’m on fire today…)
