Cougar Microbes is 2 years old this week! A lot has changed on these pages since this first post but the enthusiasm for new music remains the same. Thank you to all the regular readers, the great artists we’ve featured and everyone who has contributed an article.

About a year ago this week I published the first post on Cougar Microbes. Despite the chest-beating confidence in my initial manifesto I really had no idea the project would take off at all. fortunately the blog has gone from strength to strength adding new writers, more content and a photography section.
My initial prediction that friends would be contributing heavily turned out to be spot on with some of the most popular posts penned by collaborators. On top of this many people have done their very best to spread the word about this little blog.
This post is dedicated to anyone who has helped over the last year.
