Here is the video for the Pacific! track ‘Unspoken‘ featuring the vocals of Sarah Assbring (aka El Perro Del Mar). This is the latest installment of ‘Narcissus‘, a live performance concept written to accompany a modern dance ballet.

The video follws a similiar theme to the track with the lonely character of Echo, she from Greek mythology,  destined to slowly disappear leaving just her voice as her love for Narcissus goes entirely unrequited. Now that sounds like a fitting story line for a modern ballet.

This is intelligent pop music where Sarah Assbring‘s voice floats seamlessly to complete a very classy project.

Featuring Adam & Darcie yesterday reminded me El Perro del Mar. Her latest mini album ‘Love Is Not Pop‘ had an official release in her native Sweden way back in April. With a release date for the rest of the world (or better anyone without an internet connection) finally set for September/ October we can all rejoice in her latest piece of glorious pop melancholia.
