A couple of weeks ago we participated for the first time in the annual #Blogtober one month festival. One of the three acts we featured was the excellent Dead Seem Old so it seems fitting that we share the singer/producer duo’s recent offering “Mischief“.
Just like its predecessor, the brilliantly titled “This Mess Won’t Make Itself“, this new release comes with a wonderful animated video this time courtesy of director Mateusz Jarmulski. The visuals remain stylish throughout juxtaposing images of decadence and debauchery with avatars for divinity, all with amazing minimalist grace.
Musically, “Mischief” blends world rhymes with a slick production and an instantly recognizable melody that will be swimming through your head for a while.
Keep an eye out for this lot in 2018 with some new releases in the pipeline, no doubt accompanied by some wonderful visuals once more.
