Jungle were an authentic revelation when we caught them at SXSW around the release of their debut album. A debut album that landed in our top albums of the year (back when we indulged in such activities).
This is the first single from their new album and man did I miss these lads. The track feels like a continuation of the themes they showcased on the aforementioned debut as well as its follow up ‘For Ever‘. hooks for days, basslines that become earworms and masterly scattered synths.
The track’s video also follows the blueprint set out in past with a comparable circle of dancers pulling off moves I can’t even think of.
