ELKI has been on our radar since the release of her “Thunder” single. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the Sydney based artist and we were delighted to see the release of her debut EP “Extended Play“.
The single “Nightmare” is a perfect calling card for the singer-songwriter’s sound offering gorgeous melodies and vocal lines over an instantly memorable beat. The result is utterly infectious and allows the track to remain fresh even after multiple listens. The accompanying video is suitably quirky and reveals more aspects of ELKI‘s personality that only serve to make her, and, crucially, her work more irresistible.
With some major tours and festivals under her belt in Australia already we can’t wait to see her play a venue near us soon.
