DJ Cards- “Move with me”

Michael Cardamone popularly known as DJ Cards based in Philadelphia is an attorney by day and EDM producer by night. “Move with me” is his latest electronic track that features high energy beats and soft emotionally driven vocals.

The track starts with a fade in with an airy adlib urging people to move,feel and get closer by moving to the same beat and same steps. The prominent drum beats paired with a soft melodious vocal creates a space for people to be present and bond through the means of moving their body to the beat. Through repetitive verse and looped beats the song feels familiar instantly and makes you want to play it on repeat and move your body to it.


Ron Morven- “Paper Sun”

The track Paper Sun has a cinematic opening with clean, strong, powerful melodic vocals that captivate the audience’s attention. Its catchy tune and descriptive lyrics make you wanna groove, let go, and have fun.  The upbeat rhythm and a touch of saxophone with catchy lyrics paint the visual of dancing in the club under the Paper Sun and the feeling of coming alive under the disco lights.

Ron Morven is a Music producer, songwriter, and DJ. He is an exponent of a new course in house music, the Transatlantic Narrative House. In the track, the title Paper Sun is actually a visual description of the disco ball, and the track paints the narrative of dancing in the club under the disco ball and the experience of feeling alive under the laser lights at night after a long day. The song ends just as impactfully as it starts, leaving the listener wanting more.


Lucion- “The Beginning”

Luuk Bothof, also known as Lucion, is a Dutch artist who works specifically in Hardstyle music. Hardstyle Genre can be described as having a rougher, more powerful, emotional, and relentless EDM sub-genre. The Beginning by Lucion starts with a powerful message with rap-influenced vocals that talks of having dreams and the feeling of failure.

The Beginning has a very strong, clear theme of picking oneself up after a hard time. The lyrics “Only after the fall, only after the fight, only after the breaking do we start to build who we truly are, not just who we dream to be but who we truly are” say everything you need to know about the song. The track packs a punch with the vocals, the synth, and reverse bass that truly make you want to chase your dreams.


Steam Lizard- “Music is my medicine”

Music is my medicine is a brainchild of Steam Lizard, which is the songwriting alias name of Steve Bonham. Steam Lizard is an independent artist from the UK, who creates without boundaries and transcends genres.

The track Music is my medicine is a dance music track that is based on human connection to music and each other through it. The track feels like a reminder of how powerful music is and how it plays a part in healing us. It opens with a synth run that smoothly elevates the energy and gives way to the soulful vocals that sing “Music is my medicine, Dance away the pain” almost like a chant.


Fabian Starr- “Satellite”

Fabian Starr is a writer, producer, and singer based in Los Angeles. He is an influential underground figure in American Dance Music. He also writes and produces music for ‘The Drones’.

His track ‘Satellite‘ is an eclectic electro pop song about meeting an otherworldly girl. The whole track feels like a time capsule, featuring keenly crafted atmospheric soundscapes. The track fades in with a slow, mellow throb and changes as kicks and bass join.

The falsetto vocals, electric guitar, tempo changes, and added textures are smoothly mixed. The changes happen so quickly, you can hardly notice them. It changes faster than you can say satellite.
